Disabled - mean not able to do something, not able to drive, or not able to lift.

Non-Disabled - mean able to do sometihng, can drive, or can lift.

Handicapped has few or more list of disabled common are:

Physical disability: Sleep Apnea, i.e.

Sensory disability: Visual impairment and Hearing impairment

Olfactory and gustatory impairment                   

                Anosmia – inability to smell

                 Dysosmia – things smell different than they should

                 Hyperosmia – an abnormally acute sense of smell.

                 Hyposmia – decreased ability to smell

                 Olfactory Reference Syndrome – psychological disorder which causes

                                                                              the patient  to imagine he has strong

                                                                               body odor

                  Parosmia – things smell worse than they should

                  Phantosmia – "hallucinated smell," often unpleasant in nature

Somatosensory impairment

Balance disorder

Intellectual disability: Learning disability, i.e

Mental health and emotional disabilities

Developmental disability: growth and development, i.e

Nonvisible disabilites: diabetes, asthma or epilepsy,i.e

Visible disabilities: wheelchair, i.e

Handicap pronouns only in 1915 did it become a term to describe disabled people, when it was used to describe crippled children.   Now it is not used anymore.

Let's say about deaf's disablilities.    Many of us who deaf are not disable are because we can drive. can lift, and can do something.   If one of us who deaf happen fall and become disable then it is injury that can't move or can't do something.  The injury can be deaf if you were near into bomb-area then you are deaf.  Also, can be hearing loss from families. Only we has been under disabliities are DEAF.

Let's say about blind's disablities.  Many of us who blind has only one no disable is can do something like touch, smell and hear.  Some of blind been deaf and only can do is touch and smell.   You know many people can be injury to be blind after bad chemical that burns eye or vision loss from families.   Vision loss still action.

Maybe you would like to know about wheelchair.  Sure, I have here that those who are in wheelchair are not disable!  Those who are in wheelchair had physical movements like arms or legs that they can do something, can lift, and can drive!    If one of them fall and get into serouis injury then become disabled.   They will not able to move or can't walk.   They might will be crippled, not much movements.

Let's say about Injury. I know it is word of injury is't mean you are disabled.   We can drive or do something with lifting and writing for example.   I had paper cut on my finger then I am injury for while and able to type on keyboard.   That is not mean I am disable.  8D  If I limp becasue my knee hurt then I can be disable for while because I can't walk well like crippled and use the cane.   That is not mean it is forever disabled.   It is just word of disable direct to the injury serious.    Some are permanent disabled like deaf since born for example I am born deaf.   I already disabled as deaf but I am not disabled to do things.    That is more "protect" from calling us disable mean we CAN NOT do things.

Question is Mental Illness?   Some can do things and some could not do things. Non-Disability are can drive, do something and maybe can lift.    Disability are serouis mental that could not allow them to drive or lift.  They can do something limited.   I mean not limited but in my eyes, I sees the limited of mental clients done with.   They can be serouis injury by hitting, catch in cutting or biting.    That is injury risks between us and them.    We are aware but are they aware ?   No, not much enough of aware.

Let me tell you about my exeperience with mental clients I've worked with.  They are sweet but tough work with.     I met one deaf but she has brain injury that make her limit.   We work like normal, she is a good worker.  One day, she come up in bad day and get in fight for no reason.    Other worker, I work with is hearing, brain injury, too but shy boy.  He is do great job with machine!  He can do the machine but have to eye on him because he can be change his mind for something like dangerous injury....can be his hand in machine.  I have to stop the machine to get him away from it.   Two girls I have worked with... One is in wheelchair who was in accident and have lot of surgeries on her.   Only she can do in sit in chair, but her back killing her.   She work limited and maybe let her go home in earlier in the day.  She has good common but disabled permenent.    I think she is depression and that make her mind shut for some reasons.  She blew out at me few times then she told me sorry over and over.  Other one is mental illness, I can't tell why or what kind.  She is tall than me.  She is more like voluneer to help with cleaning or bring stuffs to room to other room.  She comes to me and handle the memo that want me to work with her for some special investigation.  I have known that she has mental Illness but look like normal person.   She got kind of impatient and hit me for no reason.   I think she has crowd mind inside of her and could not handle of little room alone.   I kept the door open so she can see and welcoome to leave the room.   I had some small bruises and no worries.  I always fine.

WASHINGTON • Calling it a "good day for America," President Barack Obama said Monday that the death of Osama bin Laden had made the world "a better place," as new details emerged about the overnight raid and firefight in Pakistan that killed him.

"The world is safer," Obama said as he appeared at a White House ceremony bestowing the Medal of Honor on two soldiers killed in the Korean War. "It is a better place because of the death of Osama bin Laden."

Bin Laden, the leader of al-Qaida and the most hunted man in the world, was found not in the remote tribal areas along the Pakistani-Afghan border where he had long been presumed to have been sheltered, but in a large compound in the city of Abbottabad, about an hour's drive north from the Pakistani capital, Islamabad.

The compound, only about a third of a mile from a military academy of the Pakistani army, is at the end of a narrow dirt road and is roughly eight times the size of other homes in the area. It has no telephone or Internet connections. When American operatives converged on the residence, Bin Laden "resisted the assault force" and was shot in the head and killed near the end of an intense 40-minute gunbattle, senior administration officials said.

The raid carried extraordinary risks — and not just from bin Laden and those with him in the compound. As the sound of battle shook the night, Pakistan scrambled jets to respond to an operation that its military had not been informed was taking place.

"They had no idea about who might have been on there, whether it be U.S. or somebody else," John Brennan, Obama's counterterrorism adviser, said in a briefing Monday. "So we were watching and making sure that our people and our aircraft were able to get out of the Pakistani airspace, and thankfully there was no engagement with Pakistani forces."

The tensest moment, he said, came when one of two helicopters that flew the American troops into the compound broke down, stalling as it flew over the 18-foot wall of the compound and prepared to land. After the raid, the team blew up the helicopter and called in one of two backups. In all, 79 commandos and a dog were involved.

Obama considered other options that would have been less risky, such as an airstrike, but ultimately opted to send in commandos because, Brennan said, "it gave us the ability to minimize collateral damage" and "to ensure that we knew who it was that was on that compound."

One of bin Laden's wives, who was living in the compound with him, identified his body after the fighting stopped; and officials said the Central Intelligence Agency analysis found a "virtually 100 percent" match between his DNA and that of several members of his family.

The administration disclosed that military and intelligence officials first learned last summer that a "high-value target" was being protected in the compound, and they began working on a plan for going in to get him. Beginning in March, Obama presided over five national security meetings at the White House to review plans for the operation.

On Friday morning, just before leaving Washington to tour tornado damage in Alabama, Obama gave the final order for members of the Navy SEALs and CIA operatives to strike.

Three men besides bin Laden were killed in the 40-minute raid. One is believed to be his son and the two others his couriers, according to a U.S. official. A woman was killed, reportedly while shielding bin Laden; Brennan said she was bin Laden's wife. No Americans were harmed.

The raid, months in the planning, came after intelligence officials learned the identity of one of bin Laden's couriers from a "detainee," presumably at Guantanamo, and traced the courier to the hideout.

Muslim tradition requires prompt burial, generally within 24 hours, but American authorities found a way to comply with that requirement while denying his followers a shrine. His body was washed in accordance with Islamic custom, and placed in a white sheet and then inside a weighted bag, a senior defense official said. Aboard the aircraft carrier Carl Vinson in the North Arabian Sea, the body was placed on a board, tipped up and "eased into the sea," the official said.

American intelligence officials said that the team removed a large trove of documents and materials from the residence, and that the CIA was just beginning to go through it.

The reaction in Washington the day after was ebullient. Obama recalled the sense of unity and purpose that immediately followed the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon nearly a decade ago.

May 2, 2011 - USA heard about his death and had celebrate from 6 months and 9 years after 9/11.  Everyone has been reileved. 

Some people  was told and panic about them come to USA for REVENAGE.  I could remember we have faced with Saddam Hussein and everyone involes Middle East.  All of have angry against him and relief he is dead.   Bin Laden's Death lifted our celebrate after killed him.   I knew in Middle East has knowledge about their country and we knew our country.   Not mean we are enemies like we did with USSR, now Russia.  Lot of counrties has their support and corporation, not allow commit against each other.

CHICAGO -- Suicide attempts by gay teens - and even straight kids - are more common in politically conservative areas where schools don't have programs supporting gay rights, a study involving nearly 32,000 high school students found.

Those factors raised the odds and were a substantial influence on suicide attempts even when known risk contributors like depression and being bullied were considered, said study author Mark Hatzenbuehler, a Columbia University psychologist and researcher.

His study found a higher rate of suicide attempts even among kids who weren't bullied or depressed when they lived in counties less supportive of gays and with relatively few Democrats. A high proportion of Democrats was a measure used as a proxy for a more liberal environment.

The research focused only on the state of Oregon and created a social index to assess which outside factors might contribute to suicidal tendencies. Other teen health experts called it a powerful, novel way to evaluate a tragic social problem.

"Is it surprising? No. Is it important? Yes," said Dr. Robert Blum of Johns Hopkins' Bloomberg School of Public Health.

The study "takes our relatively superficial knowledge and provides a bit more depth. Clearly, we need lots more understanding, but this is very much a step in the right direction," he said.

Blum serves on an Institute of Medicine committee that recently released a report urging more research on gay health issues. Blum said the new study is the kind of research the institute believes has been lacking. The independent group advises the government on health matters.

The new study was published online Monday in the journal Pediatrics.

Previous research has found disproportionately high suicide rates in gay teens. One highly publicized case involved a Rutgers University freshman who jumped off a bridge last year after classmates recorded and broadcast the 18-year-old having sex with a man.

The study relied on teens' self-reporting suicide attempts within the previous year. Roughly 20 percent of gay, lesbian and bisexual teens said they had made an attempt, versus 4 percent of straight kids.

The study's social index rated counties on five measures: prevalence of same-sex couples; registered Democratic voters; liberal views; schools with gay-straight alliances; schools with policies against bullying gay students; and schools with antidiscrimination policies that included sexual orientation.

Gay, lesbian and bisexual teens living in counties with the lowest social index scores were 20 percent more likely to have attempted suicide than gays in counties with the highest index scores. Overall, about 25 percent of gay teens in low-scoring counties had attempted suicide, versus 20 percent of gay teens in high-scoring counties.

Among straight teens, suicide attempts were 9 percent more common in low-scoring counties. There were 1,584 total suicide attempts - 304 of those among gays, lesbians and bisexuals.

Hatzenbuehler said the results show that "environments that are good for gay youth are also healthy for heterosexual youth."

The study is based on 2006-08 surveys of 11th-graders that state health officials conducted in Oregon classrooms; Oregon voter registration statistics; Census data on same-sex couples; and public school policies on gays and bullying.

The researchers assessed proportions of Democrats versus Republicans; there were relatively few Independents. Information on non-voters wasn't examined.

Zachary Toomay, a high school senior from Arroyo Grande, Calif., said the study "seems not only plausible, but it's true."

The star swimmer, 18, lives in a conservative, mostly Republican county. He's active in his school's gay-straight alliance, and said he'd never been depressed until last year when classmates "ostracized" him for being vocal about gay rights.

Toomay said signs of community intolerance, including bumper stickers opposing same-sex marriage, also made him feel down, and he sought guidance from a school counselor after contemplating suicide.

Funding for the study came from the National Institutes for Health and a center for gay research at the Fenway Institute, an independent Harvard-affiliated health care and research center.

Michael Resnick, a professor of adolescent mental health at the University of Minnesota's medical school, said the study "certainly affirms what we've come to understand about children and youth in general.

"They are both subtly and profoundly affected by what goes around them," he said, including the social climate and perceived support.

That come to me and give little disagree with that.   I know I am pet lover but this article seem not correct or agree with.

Let me say.   Cats were babies and protect themselves when adults are away.   They are likely big cats (tiger, lions, etc).    They do not mean to harm you.   I had my lovely cat who is 8 years old.  He bites and scretch me all the time before he become adult.   He knows his protect and guard when meet new strangers or former owner.  I was co-owner along with his owner.   Now I am his owner for 8 years.  He never wanted to see his former owner because he rememebers so well.

That story, I have marked link above was little pciky to me because he is in panic attack after had bite or strech on his legs.  Many times, not happen to cats unless cats are found and take care WITHOUT have any shots for Rabies.  It can harms you and cat.    I would laugh at cat owner because that is nothing harms hir and their health.

I was nipped by big dog once....because he think I want to play with him which I don't ask or didn't act like I want to play.   I just walk front of him and he nipped me.   I won't tell you where he bits.  Smiles.   I looked over that area where he bites.  No cut or no mark on it.   All I know he not have any of rabies so lucky, I am fine.   I am not panic and ran into ER for NOTHING.

Once again, Remember all pets are shots and ready to be part of family.   They are not mean or harms when they biting, chewing, or strechiing.   They are showing you what is their character and react of their guard or protect for themselves.   We, owners are their master and treat them as family.

Those troops who fights for America. They are HUMAN and love for this America.  Not mean we are "anti-" to everything that issues are about.  Blacks, Religion, and Homosexual are just HUMAN as who we are.

Those point focus on ONLY ONE issue is Homosexual.   I am glad that law passed -Don't Ask. Don't Tell.   That is not necessity to check on them or on their lifestyle background.   That would not success if they checked and rejected.  That is not accepted.   I know those people are cherish for their homeland and fights for family.

We all do respect those fallen soilders.  Those who stubbing or "anti-" should have stop and respect them, too.   If those not agree then they should need go to "special" place for this kind debate.    That reminds me of earlier history that had lot of rebel war about.

Why can't we talk about Black or Religion ??  Always finger toward to Homosexual.

I know we are all are support troops and our families.  I understood we are freedom speech for them.  I have been grumpy about this Church who are Baptist people and already embarrassment about them.    Right away, I called myself as Chirstian. not Baptist because embarrassment enough!

Now, I am talking about fallen bikers.   I just learned that those bikers are homosexual, just like troops!   Those groups stand face and attacks with those motorcycle riders and mourners at funeral.    Do you think those are homosexual ??  I said NO!   They are just bikers.    I see and met some people who wore leather.  They are straight and have met some who are homosexual.    I would say why those angry people want to stub on bikers because of their action of "evil" example ?     I know about Hell Angels.   I have met one was former and become good biker.   He does know which is wrong and right.    He had enough with those bad bikers.

I have met someone who I know and learned that she has few sisters and brothers that never met in life.

That comes to me that lot of parents are separate and had child born from other parent.   I would say Dad marry other Mom and have a baby.  He would never tell his frist wife that have child with 2nd wife.   Both can keep secert til child become old enough to understand.   That will be long time if not tell child and how child found out about s/he have older sister/brother ?  How s/he reacts ? 

Common to long lost sister/brother is nothing news and secret is old issues to everybody and thier families.  

I have met friends who knew parents who were divorce and know half sister/brother.   Some people don't know about their sister/brother by hir parent who was divorce before know hir parents married for long time.   Some would refuse accept those sister/brother who was hir half from dad or mom.   Some would accepted as their half sister.brother.   That is very emotion and cherish.

I have speak with my close friend who has half sisters/brothers with same mother.  Each of their father is odd number.   Frist three with different dad and second three with precious dad that who I know for long time.  They all are close to each other because of their mother.   I did not see any reject from half sisters/brothers.  I think it is nice to see them being together and know who they are.   That was wonderful family I ever seen in my life.

People has met with their half relation family.   How they reacts when see their half relation family ?  Anger, Sad, Heartbroken or Bad/Good vibes ? Reject?

Bristo Palin is the speaker for Sexual Responsibility Week at Washington University in St Louis, MO   When she was 17 years old had a baby.  Now she is single mom to her 2 years old son.  Her boyfriend who is the son's father and broke up with her.

Student Health Advisory Committee host her to be speaker at WashU.   There are other speakers planned:  Catholic Student Center, Missouri Right to Life, and Planned Parenthood.  Those are Respresentatives with her.

Sexual Responsibility Week falls around Valentine's Day.   SHAV/ other student groups host a week-long series of programs

Last year, they has programs about The Gay Marriage Debate, Burlesque Dancing, and Sexploration on College Campuses.

I did not attend those programs due to my work schedule.  I would please to attend when I have opportunity.

A fresh look at sexual health and encouraging them to make coniscious decisions regarding their sexual lifestyle.

The owners was told they see 6th sense in their animals because of weather coming, or human being illness. All psychologists and scientists was told those pets has pressure of sense.    It is a matter of belief and faith.  

Dogs and Cats has 6th sense but most dogs. I know about cats myself. My cats has some sense of their health, emotion, and different senses. I have seen in them like one of my cat getting sick or depression. Other cats stay away from other cat because aware they has claws or tend have fight. Some has crash on other cats, some has shown health problem, or some has fear. Also, They can see me under weather or being illness. They tend to lay with me on bed along till get better. They loves to cuddle with owners. They can understand when I am anger and would stay away from me till calm down. I have learned deal with cats thru my life during grow up.

I had experience with dogs when I was pet sitter for someone who was on vacation.   On July 4th,  two dalmatian dogs was so hyper and running around.  I kept told them to stop or calm down but I realize they were barking at fireworks!    Those fireworks made dogs stress and fear alike thunderstorm happens.  That can be post trumatic stress disorder (PTSD).  They can told by the owner if life become rough and mean.  They could escape or could be suffering to death.    Also, they can told by the stranger same thing that they wont visit or hide.    I was aware those dogs and cats has anger against strangers, too.

Don't forget those other pets has same common as dogs and cats.    Horses, Snakes, Mouses or Birds those pets are able to keep at home.
